  • How can you help me / my business?

In a nutshell, we take care of those admin / financial tasks that are necessary to the good operation of your business, but are notorious "time vacuums". Because these tasks don't generate income they are often at the very bottom of every to-do list.

  • I think your services could benefit me, but I need more information.

No Problem!

Give us a call (06 952 3303) or send us an email, and we'll send out more information. We also offer a free one hour consultation, where we meet with you and take a look at your administration and financial processes, within two working days we will provide a report outlining potential issues and providing recommendations. To arrange your consultation just give us a ring.

 

  • Are your services available in a package?

Yes!

You can take advantage of a number of our services at one time. We can act as your reception service, taking messages and forwarding them to you, we can manage financial duties such as payroll and GST returns, and we can act as an extra pair of hands around the office taking care of administrative tasks such as mail merging.

 

  • Can you work with my accountant?

Yes!

We prefer to work closely with your accountant, as this keeps everyone in the loop. We work best by acting as a ‘pre-accountancy' service, compiling and organising your financial records so they are ready to go when your accountant need them, saving your accountant time, and you money.

 

  • Can I use parts of your services but not others?

Yes!

We will tailor a service package to suit your needs, whether you need us to manage your payroll and GST returns, or would just like us to create statements of your accounts, we will work with you to find the best solution for your business.

 

  • What hours can you work?

As many as you need. If you find yourself getting swamped with admin work or if you can't seem to find the time to chase up those late payers, we're happy to provide an extra hand.

We become an extension of your team, taking care of those tasks that don't require your time or expertise - giving you more time to get on with your business.
